Reduce Collision Technology
Over the years the technology in reducing the effects of a collision have come a long way. But at the end of the day nothing is going to reduce the effect of a collision and to save your life if you are going too fast, but they are put in place to help and protect the people inside the car as much possible.
Technologies include:
• Seatbelts
• Crumple Zones
• Visibility
• Traction control
• Handling and stability
• Airbags
• Auto emergency braking

In a crash all of these technologies work to help reduce the impact of a collision
Airbags are a very small explosion contained in a bag, this explosion is triggered by pressure points in the crumple zone. When on impact from the front the pressure points are triggered and the airbags are set of.
