One difficulty I faced was transferring the choreography from the screen to the studio accurately, as everybody was trying to use the video at the same time. To achieve this we found that by everyone working as team, it was more effective than working individually. I believed I worked well within the team, as I was able to take on board ideas as well as offer them.

The accompaniment to beach birds was something I really struggled with, as I have never had to perform to sound effects. Musicality has always been one of my strengths as a performer, and I found that I was matching my swaying movements to rhythm of the sound effects. In spite of this I struggled to find my queue of when to start moving within the music and had to rely on visuals. This affected my performance, as it resulted in my eye line moving from its focus. To get over this complication I discovered had to use counts in replacement, In favour of this idea Ashley.L(2005) says that “Being able to count and keep a steady beat with the body is essential”
This made me realise that as a performer should know the counts to everything I perform instead of relying on visuals. As the choreography might be taken out of the performance meaning the visual queue is no longer be available to
