Reflective Essay: A Career As A Mentorship
As I work toward the completion of my application for the Fulbright program, it has been important for me to identify the individuals best equipped to write letters of recommendation on my behalf. Clearly, of all my mentors you have contributed the most to my intellectual growth, and you have the clearest perspective on my experiences and abilities; and so I am writing today to ask for your support in my efforts to continue my education. Throughout the time you mentored and enlighten my knowledge on practices in pharmacy, I enjoyed every bit of those times working with you, and have considered my obtained knowledge as a truly valuable asset which can take me far in life. the available opportunity through the Fulbright program to explore the role of pharmacist in the dispensing of counterfeit drugs. Considering how you used to emphasize on counterfeit drugs, I would love to meet up with you to discuss my plans towards the topic in depth. Being my mentor, I think you know my abilities as well as anyone, and I hope you can give some specific details of our experiences together in the mentorship program.
You also are accustomed with my skill as a problem solver and intermediary between patients advocating conflicting courses of action. This proposal focuses on long months of extensive research with preemptive strategies to obtained meaningful information for publishing. Therefore, anything you can say about my ability to manage, address complex issues with confidence, dependable, and incredibly hard-working would be very useful. Beyond that, I feel it would be tremendous to share some of your experiences in the practice as a pharmacist acknowledging how pharmacist play role in the dispensing of counterfeit drugs. Addressing some challenges, and ethical decisions you perceive some pharmacist never consider would be in the best interest for the implementation of the proposal.
Although I know that you have many commitments and responsibilities, considering that my letters of recommendation are not due until September 1, I hope time will allow for you to assist me. I have enclosed the draft proposal of the Fulbright application and my resume. Please let me know, if for any reason you are not able to contribute a letter, I will understand.
