In this report, I am going write about the different parts of the football session I delivered to the sport coaching students, my thoughts and feelings, evaluating the session so giving positives and negatives, analysing the session which will be the plans and goals of the session and also giving a scientific evidence and then finally a conclusion the session as a whole. The essential factors of the session were the way I lead the session, the coaching points I used how I demonstrated and had my session laid out. I thought my coaching experience had positive and negative which I am going to talk about later in my reflective practice I thought delivering the session showed me what I can do to improve in the future.

All football players have to organise their movement well for running jumping, changing direction and key movements for passing. This is key in most team sports for example handball and basketball (Michalsik et al., 2012; Povoas et al., 2012). This is very important in any team sport especially in a possession based game. There were good and bad things that happen during the seasons, the reason the god thing happened were because I was prepared before the session so and I studied my session plan so during the session I lead the session well with good description and demonstration which made the session good. The bad things that happened for reasons, these reasons was that I never implanted the ideal warm up so I should have focused more on the attackers but I didn’t I focused on the defenders. The consequences of the good was that the session ran very smooth and participant enjoyed it because I saw how much drive they had in the small sided game at the end of the session. The consequences of the bad was that I didn’t think indebt about what kind of warm up activity I should have done which would benefit the group. My decision making during my session was influence by the group so I acted on what I thought would benefit the
