Now I was not trying purposely trying to do this, so I never knew how to address the problem. I only realized what exactly the problem was when this year I started a reading class that I should of been excelling at because I love to read. One of the main assignments was to every couple of pages were to write down how you feel what you were reading. Now I thought that would be easy for me, but as I soon learned that I was not able to stop reading without reminding myself to stop every once and awhile. Now I would have let this go on and not have noticed this until the grade came back for it and I found out the assignment was worth 100 points. I started making sure that would pause in whatever I did to make sure the work was done. I started to set up times where I would stop to make sure that I did some work before moving on. Then later I would repeat the process until the assignment was done. These moments when I paused to get work done where about 10 to 12 minutes apart. I chose this because it works for most of my class schedules, given the fact that they are about an hour long or of course at KCTC I have have about two hour class. This all meant that I could do what I enjoyed doing things like reading for my english class or draw for my CAD class but still get all the extra work done that went along with each
