The second is that people get to dress a way that makes them feel unique and gives them more respect for who they are. Now what some people find comfortable and their way to dress may not positively impact the whole, so if that certain individual has to deal with customers or meet in meetings they should dress to positively impact the company they represent. If men are allowed to wear jeans and a t-shirt then women should be able to wear that too, but according to the BC Human Rights Tribunal, there are numerous times when the code can be different for men and women. When drees code policies are implemented in a business the boss should review it to make sure it is fair enough to both sides.
