A special gratitude I give to my internship advisor, Associate Prof. Monica Ch’ng, who has helped me a lot through her constant guidance and suggestions in the completion of this report as well as matters relating to my internship training. Furthermore I would also like to acknowledge with much appreciation the Advertising and Promotion Department (PR) of Mid Valley Megamall, especially my internship supervisors, Miss Stephanie Tan and Miss Jacqueline Ng who have been very patient and resourceful in teaching and guiding me in my daily tasks while I was interning with the department. A special thanks as well goes to my other colleagues in the Advertising and Promotion Department, especially Miss Jessica Pong, who have given me suggestions and ideas on how I should go about with my internship report. Apart from that, I also wish to extend my gratuity to the management of Mid Valley Megamall for their willingness to take me in as their intern and providing me a meaningful and memorable four months of useful internship experience with their company. Summary

This practical training report is prepared to provide a brief explanation of the company and department where I am attached to. In the introductory part of this report, I will provide brief explanation of the history of Mid Valley Megamall as well as some physical and feature explanation of the megamall. In this part, I will also provide information on the existing department within Mid Valley Megamall and how they are related and relevant to the operation of the Advertising and Promotion Department, the department which I am attached to for my internship
