Coriander is an annual herb belongs to family Apiaceae. Its scientific name is Coriandrum sativum. It has been used as a folk medicine and in food as spices traditionally. It also contains antioxidant and antimicrobial properties because it contain flavonoid like quercetin, kaempferol, luteolin and pelargonidin that are responsible for its antioxidant activity (Gulsun et al., 2011).
