Nice post. This inevitability of change is obvious to all. but the fear of change remains pervasive amongst almost all of us; This fear is what makes us remain constant, this fear is what makes an individual remain in a job or career that is not fulfilling rather than dare to try to change; this change is what actually makes us grow and become better but this same change inflicts worries and questions about the "what if's and the how about's"? Although the answers to all these questions may be unknown and even when they are known and answered change although granted to make us grow and become better still brings a level of apprehension that is inexplicable but necessary to advance us. The only thing that we have to do is agree to change

Change is an inevitable process of life and can be the most complexing and difficult thing we come to face in our lives. It is something we must overcome in many aspects, shapes and forms. However in whatever form it comes our way, we must embrace it and not be afraid because a fear of change can lead to an unfulfilled life. In my opinion change is a very complex thing and can be embraced though it is a hard process it is also a fact of life. Change. From the first breath inhaled to the last, we change hundreds, thousands, of millions of times throughout the entirety. These changes may not always be so obvious, whereas others are blaringly distinct. Change is inevitable, especially as the environment, technology, economy, and people develop. Us, human beings, we are flexible, able to adapt and survive. However, as we adapt to these changes, we can not let these changes compromise our beliefs and principles by which we abide and hold close to our hearts.…

Fear can be a very crippling emotion. When I was little, my biggest fear was falling off of a bicycle. I was always afraid of bicycles because I watched my best friend fall off of one and break her arm. As I got older, however, I realized that learning how to ride a bike could be very beneficial, as well as a lot of fun. Something I did not know at the time, however, was that learning how to ride would end up being beneficial to me in other ways as well.…
