Research Proposal Proposed Research Topic: Is digital age reshaping the future of business?

Castells , claims that today’s society and labor has been transformed into networking society and networking labor.(Castells,154).This theory of castells, finds a suitable fit in today’s social as well as business domain, today’s networking society, is result of digital revolution. In this project ,I will explore how the technological revolution or digital revolution is transforming various traditional elements of the industrial age, such as emergence of virtual workforce, automation, advertisements and digitized education, and how they, have overcome the geographical barriers . What influence these factors have, behind income rise, building a strong and skilled human capital, and growth in participation of people around the globe which is, incomparable. Digital Industry, has created a knowledge based society, but what are the challenges, management or a labor goes through and how they cope up , while dealing with the rapid changing, technologies, in various processes of manufacturing to production, marketing and distribution, further my research will analyze how capacity to store information in digital age impacts consumer lives today? Such a study should give an insight and impact of the digital revolution from the business perspective, and how the digital revolution has been an important instrument in the process of reshaping the business today.
