restaurant Billing System
Restaurant Billing Sytsem is a system that computes the total sales of the restaurant, the profit they earn each day and the negative and positive computation of sales versus the target sales. The system would focus mainly on the development of the restaurant billing system for Mcdonald’s Lipa Ayala itself. It would include the systems database wherein the computation of sales would be kept in a way that only authorized personnel can access.
The system can also produce report of sales whenever it is needed or requested. It has the ability to recover, delete, search, save and print those important sales in the past days. However, the system would only focus on managing and computing the everyday sales of the restaurant. It would not give a report or computation of the total discounts given to the customers such as SCD(Senior Citizen Discount), PWD (Persons With Disability) Discount, Privilege Discount for crews etc. The restaurant billing system is designed only for the managers and restaurant manager of Mcdonald’s Lipa Ayala since the structure of the system is created specifically for them. The system would be made as a stand-alone system and cannot be uploaded to the internet.

Many employees have requested a system that would permit a cafeteria user to order meals on-line, to be delivered to a designated company location at a specified time and date. Such a system would save those employees who use the service considerable time and it would increase the chance of them getting the food items they prefer. This would improve both their quality of work life and their productivity. Knowing what food items customers want in advance would reduce wastage in the cafeteria and would improve the efficiency of cafeteria staff. The future ability for employees to order meals for delivery from local restaurants would make a wider range of choices available to employees and provide the possibility of cost savings through volume purchase agreements with the restaurants. It might also permit Process Impact to have the cafeteria handle only individual lunches, relying on restaurants to fill orders for breakfasts, dinners, special events, and weekend meals.…
