Rhetorical Analysis Of Pope Francis

No Pope has ever called out any politician, but Pope Francis changed history once again. The Pope directed, “He is not a Christian if he said those things”, towards Donald Trump. The Pope disagrees with Trump’s intention to build another wall between the U.S.-Mexico border. Pope Francis also does not understand why Trump is trying to build walls instead of building bridges, in other words, helping to make the Nation prosper with structures where they are needed. Trump does not care about the Pope says and declared that Pope Francis should not get involved in American politics. Pope Francis had recently came back from a trip in Mexico before this altercation occurred. Trump believes that the Mexican Government manipulated the Pope in making the United States look as a Nation that is evil.
