Leaders often live in glass bowl, where they are not only seen from all angles but also the appearance is magnified, as it happens in the glass bowl. Hence, it is necessary for leaders to have their own 360 degree evaluation and find their own weakness to perform better in future. It is often observed that leaders remain in their comfort zone and let the followers work ‘on the floor’. This attitude needs to be changed to gain confidence and trust of the followers.
