Introduction
A business consultant is an outside expert one hires to solve an internal business problem. A good consultant is viewed as and great source of specialized knowledge. Other attributes that a great consultant offers is knowledge, skills, experience, and the ability to improve the clients conditions. This is the service I will provide for the two new clients who have just acquired my service. The first client is a women who is seeking advice on how to start her own web based business. She need to know what legal and financial resources are avaible to her, along with the advantages and disadvantages of this type of business. As for my second client, he is a veteran. I will gather information on the best way to start and run a successful home based business. I will provide legal and financial resource that are at his disposal, in connection to the advantages and disadvantages of starting this type of business as a veteran. Mrs. Sharline Holmes has a party planning business. She plans and decorates everything from children’s parties to weddings. She is very good at her job but she needs a way to showcase her work and expand her clientele by designing and building an easy to use website, display picture of past and future events she has planned. Mrs. Holmes has over ten years of experience and is passionate about her work and has the ability to bring her clients vision become a reality. As her consultant I recommend that she copy writes her web design, build a site that meets her clients’ needs and show how she can fill it. Utilize search engines to drive traffic to her site. Establish an expert reputation for her. Educate her to follow up with her customers and subscribers with e-mail.
