OBSERVATION: I already know that to make rock candy you need water, sugar and a skewer and maybe a sugary syrup. Rock candy usually takes around 10 days to make for the candy to crystallize. I know that when making rock candy you can use different types of sugar, however granulated sugar is the most used. Sometimes I wonder whether or not you can taste a difference in the rock candy when it is made with a different sugar? I also know that the longest rock candy is 19 feet long, that's as tall as a giraffe.
