Rogue One Movie Analysis
Rogue One is a fantastic and well directed movie.

The cast have done an amazing job in playing all the characters of the movie. The droid KS20 was probably the most lovable character, with his dry and sarcastic humor. The fantastic acting and development of the characters made their deaths extremely saddening.

The visuals were top of the line. The space battles were planned perfectly, with subtle nostalgic moments in them, but not to the point where the scenes became a carbon copy of scenes from other Star Wars film(Yes I am referring to the force awakens).

The innovative use of CGI to bring back old star wars characters to the movie was really well executed. I honestly had a hard time trying to figure out whether Grand Moff Tarkin was computer generated or not. Though, Leia, who was shown at end of

While people who had seen the original trilogy many years ago might not notice the subtle changes in his suit. People who have even recently looked at a picture of Darth Vader in the original trilogy, will realize that his suit in the movie was not designed well. It looked very cheap and generic. Like the ones you could buy from ebay; not something that belongs on the set of a movie.Although, I am willing to forgive the producers for this small mistake, as Darth Vader honestly does not play a significant role in the film, thus he appropriately was not shown much in the film. Furthermore, the scene where he fought Rebel soldiers looked amazing, even if did not make too much sense.

Overall I would say that Rogue one is a stunning film. With the right balance of action packed,jaw-dropping scenes and dramatic, tear- jerking scenes. I would go as far as to say that this film is better than the Force awakens. For the younger generation, this is probably the best star wars film to date. A stupendous feat for a film that has nothing to do with the Force,Jedi,or

It shows great action and the camera shots shows great details and information. The sound effects and music are perfect and goes great with the movie. The background building and props are well made. This movie is the best transformers movie the people will see. There was some others transformers made which are pretty good, but they will like this one better. This movie gives excitement and sad moments it has little of every genre in it. This movie showed a lot of emotion between the robots and humans. If the audience likes action movies with a little romance in it I would suggest them to watch Transformers Age Of…

This brings forth the question, “ Has computer-generated imagery in cinema gone too far?” In recent years CGI has become synonymous with the Hollywood blockbuster look. While many traditionalists will frown on the overt use of VFX, the extent of its presence remains unknown to most. The reason for this is that the computer graphics that are most effective are integrated so seamlessly within a production that they are overlooked. In this context, the animator and visual effects artist truly fulfills their purpose: selling the imagined as real. Typically, the most apparent CGI tends to be the least effective in its objective. This could be caused by various factors such as hard deadlines or short budgets. Typically, the artist or computer can not be singled out as a sole culprit. A good example is The Scorpion King, which is notorious for containing some of the worst special effects in the history of film-making. The explanation for this is that the film was released prematurely, under the pressure of the producers. The result encompassed computer graphics that were not fully rendered. In an instance such as this, neither the artist or computer can be to…

Fourth, the effect of evolution is irreversible which explain that once the organisms evolve, it cannot reverse back to previous state. From the movie, an antibody is created to reverse the mutation of genes for the mutants. However, in reality, mutation of genes cannot be reverse like in the movie. Mutation that occur in an individual cannot be reverse because mutation that happen in the chromosomes or genes is irreversible. A chromosome mutation is an unpredictable change that occurs in a chromosome. These changes are most often due to problems that occur during meiosis which is cell division process of gametes or by mutagens such as chemicals and radiation. Chromosome mutations can result in changes in the number of chromosomes in a cell…

Flashback to the summer of 1977, the United States had just celebrated its bi-centennial, Jimmy Carter was in the White house, and the king of rock and roll was in his last days. A bright eyed and bushy tailed young filmmaker named George Lucas was about to launch his newly created project on the world, “Star Wars”. Lucas, not a pedigreed filmmaker by no means, is given the greenlight by 20th century Fox and the budget of 11 million dollars to film his creation. The film was released on Memorial Day weekend of that year, and we all know the rest is history.…

I like the computer generated effects in the prequel trilogy, but they over power the films and detract from the story a bit. The visuals and special effects in the Empire Strikes Back compliment and enhance the story. The planets in this movie are stunning. They were created with loving detail and you believe they are real, rather than sets. The most impressive setting in this film, or any of the films for that matter, is Cloud City. The sun set in Cloud City is what you find in Colorado, wonderful hues of blue, orange, red and purple. For the longest time, viewers only caught brief glimpses of this beautiful sunset due to technology restraints on the set. This changed 1997 when Lucas released an updated version of the film, one that better captured his original vision. With the help of new digital technology, he was able to knock down walls and add windows to Cloud City, allowing the beautiful sunset to shine through. The space scenes in this film look slightly dated compared to the prequel trilogy, but nothing in any of the films compares to the asteroid chase scene in The Empire Strikes Back.…

Star Wars is one of the best modern epics of its time. Starting with the world famous "in media res..."(The story starts in the middle of the action, in media res, and at a critical point; the events that happened before the narrative's opening are introduced later on.) It is an epic with a great hero, setting, and a lot of captivating action.
