Role Model Essay
Introduction
In this essay I will explain how role model’s play a significant role in your life. Almost everyone has a role model in their life. They could be a parent, a friend, a teacher, or mentor. A role model is someone who has qualities that another person would like to imitate. Role model’s influences others, plays a meager role in someone success.
Description of Role Model
Nikki has been an influences person in my life for the past 7 years. I was someone that never thought I need a role model in my life until I meet Nikki. The thing I admire most about Nikki is her ambition. Nikki life was hard for her when her husband, brother, and father died all in the same week. Every day I seen her she always had a positive attitude, and a smile on her face even though she didn’t feel like smiling. Nikki had one child and no job when her husband died. Nikki became a full time student and found a job the next week. Nikki’s ambition to success in life has allowed her to become a wonderful, wise, loving, kindness, and knowledge person. Nikki has showed me how I should never give up on anything I want to do. For example when I wanted to become a medical assistant but I didn’t have my GED. I hadn’t been to school in over 5 years. I took the pre GED test and failed. So I told her that I failed and I was giving up. Nikki told me that nothing in life comes free or easy, to achieve your goals you have to work hard for what you want. To make a long story short I took the GED test and passed on the first go round. With the encouragement and help from Nikki I got my GED and my medical assistant.
