Introduction
My initial role of a teacher would be to would make sure I had all the resources needed. Making sure the class was safety checked, a comfortable temperature, the lighting sufficient, enough tables, chairs, laptops charged etc. Everything must be suitable for use and following procedure. This may affect how smoothly the course is run and would needs to be addressed accordingly. I would then facilitate the course to what I had envisaged and planned to take place following all the roles, procedures and standards expected of myself, this includes being a organiser; problem solver, advisor, assessor; motivator, counsellor, and mentor. I would need to be realistic in my approach listening, empowering, inspiring and monitoring progress within the group and as
