Romeo And Juliet Fault
In the story "Romeo And Juliet", Romeo and Juliet both commits suicide because Romeo thought Juliet was dead so he kills himself; but, when Juliet woke up she found that Romeo killed himself so she kills herself. After reading this story my number one question was: "Wose fault was it?" Everyone does have their own faults in the situation; but, I am going to give my reasons to why Friar Lawrence and Tybalt are the two people who has the most fault in the suicide of Romeo and Juliet.

Some people may think that the messenger has the most fault in this situation. I can understand why because he was late to give the letter that explained Juliet's plan to Romeo. However, I think otherwise.

Friar Lawrence is the first person out of the two people

Friar Lawrence is someone that Romeo trusts very much so therefore his love, Juliet trusts him just as much. So they take all of his advice as the best option for them to be able to marry and be together for the rest of their lives. But he doesn't always give the best advice or complete his tasks. There are many things that lead up to the character’s untimely deaths in this sad story, but there is one character who truly made this story as devastating as it was. Although he is not the only one to blame for this tragedy. Romeo could be blamed for the tragedy for a lot of reasons. One reason he is the one to blame is he drinks the potion almost rite as Juliet wakes up. Romeo could have went to Friar Lawrence and ask what happened before he took his own life when he could have lived a happy life with Juliet. Also Romeo Mary's Juliet rite after they meet each other pretty much. Romeo could have took it slower and get to know her better. If they would not have gotten married so fast they might still be alive. Romeo and Juliet didn't have to kill themselves. That was their choice which It is unreasonable to throw the blame on another person or an issue that made them commit suicide. If they had thought about their decisions thoroughly, they would end up living a happy life together. Also Romeo knew that she was from the family that he hates. It is kind of ironic how Romeo falls in love with people he can't marry because it just makes the feud between the family's worse. “In faith, I will. Let me peruse this face. Mercutio's kinsman, noble County Paris!...” (Shakespeare 85-92)This is the quote Romeo says before he dies. Romeo did not have to kill Paris he could have talked it out instead of immediately fighting which just made things worse in the end because that's one more death on there hands. That's why I think that the tragedy was not just Friar Lawrence's fault but both Romeo and Friar…

Shakespeare once wrote in The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet “The dashing rocks thy seasick weary bark!/Here’s to my love! [drinks] O true apothecary!/Thy drugs are quick. Thus with a kiss I die” (V.III. 118-120). Directly after saying this, Romeo takes a poison and dies in hopes that he will spend the rest of eternity with the one he loves--Juliet. Both Romeo and Juliet commit suicide because Romeo thinks Juliet had died so he takes his life for her, then when Juliet wakes up she takes her own life because Romeo has died. How our two star-crossed lovers died was never in question, but who is most to blame for their deaths, is. Many say that there are other people in the play that are to blame for their deaths. Juliet faked her death using a plan given to her, that is why it is Friar Laurence’s fault that Romeo and Juliet both killed themselves, and he is the one to blame.…

Juliet is also to blame because she know what to do and what she is told. Juliet wrote a quote because she's being impatient before she falls dead in the tomb. “Shall i not then be stifled in the vault, to whose foul mouth no health some air breathes in, and there die strangled enemy Romeo Doesn't” . Juliet is impatient and talks to herself in which she doesn't know what's going on and disobeys. As much as Romeo and Laurence causes problems, Juliet does more as being stubborn.…

This playright of two star crossed lovers leads to a tragic ending between lovers of disparate families. Whose fault remains Friar Laurence’s for the death of Romeo and Juliet. Friar got too involved with their relationship and made more than three wrong choices for the couple. thought he was helping them out but he was just making it worse. There was also a family feud between the Montague’s and Capulet’s which would make things worse if they found out what Friar was doing for Romeo and Juliet. They would all be executed or banished for choosing love before family and disobeying their parents. Lord Capulet also wants Juliet to marry Paris. Which causes division in the situation because Juliet wants to marry Romeo and not Paris.…

The first reason why I think Friar is the one to blame is because he did not deliver the letter. Even though it was because of a disease it caused many casualties in the end. In the story when the two Friars were talking to each other the author states “I could not send it-here it is again-Nor get a messenger to bring to thee, So fearful were they of infection.” (Shakespeare 470). As you can see the extremely important letter was not delivered by Friar. This lead to Romeo not knowing Juliet was actually not dead, and that lead to him committing suicide. After that once Juliet saw Romeo dead, she commited suicide. This was the first reason why Friar is the one to blame for all of the deaths in the story.…

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal” (from a headstone in Ireland). Although a lot of things could have been done to avoid their suicides, these “star-crossed lovers” are not able to avoid their future. In my opinion I think that there is a lot of people to blem for Romeo and Juliet's death. One of the people that we should blem for Romeo and juliet’s death is themselves. Romeo and juliet didn't think of themselves or their beautiful future and even their families. When Romeo killed himself just for one minute he should have think of his mother, father or his family, his friend, his life without Juliet. When Juliet killed herself what she should have done in my opinion is to take one minute think of her mother even if she is not nice to her or she should have thing of the nurse or not all of these but of her future. Romeo and juliet and teenage and they are very emotional. In my opinion I think we would’d only blem Romeo and Juliet themselves because there are some people that make them make that decision. Like their families and or Friar Lorens.…
