Meanwhile the Capulet decides Juliet should marry Paris right away, and Paris doesn't know she is already married to Romeo. The two families the Montague's and the Capulets are the rivals families in the city Verona. You can see that in the first scene you can see the dislike ness of the families, lucky enough to stop these feuds is the prince who sets a rule that if anyone from the both families ever disturbs the peace again in this way will be executed.
This rule makes it hard for both Romeo and Juliet to see each other as it will cause trouble.
