Rowa Trading Self-Assessment Analysis
Level 1 Support; is the first step in the support level. This support team is responsible to address basic Technical issues of the clients. If the Level 1 Support cannot solve the client issues, it is then escalated to Level 2 Support.

Level 2 Support; is a more comprehensive technical support level. The experienced technicians will use their best knowledge to fix the problems of the clients.

On a very rare occasion if Level 2 Support cannot address the client issues, then the client is requested to submit a complaint using the following form.

The part of self-assessment in dealing with an associations quality is imperative as by completing they empower an association to distinguish improvements and issues with procedures before the end user receives the goods or services.

We need to ensure that we have implemented the right company policies and procedures and also monitor whether are successful. Assessment should be done to decide the degree of the achievement against the objectives. We are conducting Internal evaluations by doing surveys including distinctive categories to staff.
At Rowa Trading; our company quality policy has been created by the management after extensive research. The quality improvement team must set up to speak to every one of the divisions of the organization.
