SWOT Analysis Of Senses Company
Abstract
This report purpose is to evaluate and experiment developed smartphone application for an encountered problem. First, an introduction contains mission and vision. Next, it covers our objectives and problem domain, which is the reason of the entire observation followed by the market place analysis which include SLEPT factors analysis. Then, presenting a brief overview about the environment our company serves in; supply chain process, after that, a commercially available solution; the hardware & software intended for our solution, which is a smartphone application in addition to our revenue model followed by possible risk and challenges. After that, SensesCo. generic strategy and brief SWOT analysis. In the final part a conclusion to sum up the report.

The ministry of commerce and industry support local businesses in Saudi Arabia, yet they set restricted rules and campaigns regarding the protection of consumers' health and safety. In addition, there are the Consumer Protection Association that is concerned with consumer protection laws and ensuring that they are well-implemented. The ministry of labor in Saudi Arabia is concerned with employee protection and rights, and have launched several programs which reward companies that hire Saudis and people with disabilities. Furthermore, ethics is an important matter in Saudi Arabia which is considered as a conservative country and society. The main agent in the censorship in Saudi is the ministry of interior which is responsible for all the Saudi channels of information in any form of presence, their duty is to prevent any acts that might lead to tension and division among citizens, or insulting Islamic values or royal family or underestimating human
