Today, I want to tell you about a life changing activity known as Bikram Yoga: what exactly it is, some of its benefits, and why you should invest in Bikram.

We’ve all heard of yoga, but what is Bikram. Bikram is often referred to as “hot” yoga, why? Because it takes place in a 105 degree, humidified room. This is intimidating for some and often deters them from trying Bikram, being an avid “Yogi” for several years now, I can personally assure you that this heat is completely bearable the first class, comfortable the second or third class, and (eventually) even becomes desirable. The heat helps promote blood flow and increases flexibility. It also helps our bodies sweat out all of those toxins we tend to subject it to.
Now, for you boys in the class thinking yoga is for girls. I’d like to start by telling you that assumption couldn’t be further from the truth, I have several men in my class at the local Bikram studio, a few of whom are devoted athletes and body builders. But if that’s not enough to get you into a studio, let’s talk about wardrobe.
