D-This writer met with the patient as scheduled. Please note, there was a long line in the lobby area for dosing. The patient reports being stable on her dose and denies any cravings/withdrawals. The patient discussed the difficulties of not having her bottles and its impact as the patient reports about the risk of having DCF in her life due to taking her children to school late (45 times) and coming to the clinic everyday. The patient felt the clinic has no empathy towards her because she's an addict; however, this writer rephrase her comment and stated she is in the recovery process. In addition, this writer addressed with the patient about the clinic's TEAM concern about her medication as it is still pending. The patient provided a UDS result dated on 03/07/2016 from Hartford Behavioral Health as it has the same result as CSAC.
