To see whether healthy drinks are really healthy or not, we researched about the nutrients in five most popular health drinks that are on the market currently: Cytosport muscle milk, EAS Mysoplex Lite, Whey Isolate protein shake, nature's best isopure plus, and pure protein shake. We compared those five products based on their nutrient factors at 500ml. Most nutrients that could be found in them were carbohydrates, cholesterol, fat, sodium and protein, but they all varied in concentration. Some had an excessive percentage of carbohydrates and fats while others had none or 1g. But their average protein contents were 36.4g while the lowest being 30g and the highest being 54g, which is approximately 73% of daily recommended nutrients value of an adult male and female. We can tell that the concentration of proteins in those drinks are pretty high.
