Sayulita Research Paper
Sayulita is a village about 25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. The first settlers came to Sayulita to work for an important hacienda that produced coconuts for export. Its owner, originally from the Jalisco town of Sayula, decided to name the town “Sayulita”, which means “little Sayula”.
One of Sayulita’s main attractions is its consistent surf break. Waves can break in the bay all year round, but the best time to catch the waves are when the north swells hit, from December through early April. More adventurous souls can zip through the canopy, enjoying panoramic ocean and mountain views at Rancho MiChapparrita’s zip-line tour. Or book at surf lesson, surf trip or equipment rental with WildMex.
Many creative and artistic stores make Sayulita a shopper’s paradise. As you wander the cobblestone streets, you’ll find trendy boutiques featuring handmade jewelry, Huichol yarn paintings and beadwork, custom designed t-shirts, artwork and one-of-a-kind Mexican crafts.
The town is dotted with many little eateries and restaurants, ranging from inexpensive taco stands and burger joints to more formal establishments serving five-star, gourmet cuisine.
Sayulita Real Estate remains popular with snowbirds and investors alike. Due to the village’s natural beauty, its proximity to Puerto Vallarta, and the limited amount of land available for building. Prices for Real Estate in Sayulita are likely to continue to rise, in fact many home owners are seeing a steady increase in value, year after year. Whether you’re looking for a vacation home, a condo or a commercial investment, our agents at Royal Club Real Estate can help you find just the right property to suit your
