Scenario Analysis: Communication In The First Patient

I found a few issues that were presented in the second scenario. The first issue is that the first patient of the day showed up late which changed his attitude. Checking emails instead of preparing for the patient so he would not fall too far behind schedule was another issue I thought. Although there were a few issues that arose in this scenario the main issue was the communication that occurred between the physical therapist student and clinical instructor. I believe that the communication on both ends was not effective.
