Scottie's Restaurant Case Study

Sadly, the vintage restaurant, Scottie’s,has closed after having been in operation for forty-five years. It will be missed by the downtown business community, after decades of faithful service. Scottie’s offers sandwiches and drinks to weary office workers. The menu, loaded with healthy salads and entrees, was always a welcome site. Love of good food. Since the restaurant closed, I have eaten at my desk every day, often from snack machines.

Apart from the loss of healthy and inexpensive meals, we lost the socialization benefits of breaking away from work and meeting others who want to clear their heads from work for a short time and visit with others in the local business community. Scotties’ gave us the opportunity to relax among friends.
The owner was sad to see the place go to week ago, however he recently informed us, too our excitement, the he has decided to renovate the restaurant instead, bring in more table, give the downtown business district a nicer place to eat, relax, and
