Our beliefs are assumptions we make and hold to be true. A belief can be delivered to you by many different sources. Whether it be your faith, culture, your education or from personal experience.
Values are based on what is important to you. This could be happiness, wealth, family, your career.
Attitudes is how you treat others or approach a given situation.

My mindset will set the atmosphere for the day and this in turn will have an impact on the team’s morale. I need to always have a positive attitude and seem strong. If I was to turn up to work deflated and negative the rest of the team would pick up on this energy and in turn their stress levels would rise, and productivity would drop.
Professor Adam Grant carried out a 20-yearlong study of healthy employees. He found that people with social support from co-workers were 2 ½ times less likely to die prematurely than those without. So being supportive at work does save a life!
There are different types of behaviours:
Passive aggressive behaviour- If I was to get angry at a member of the team I would have to be careful with my body language. Although I may not tell them that I am angry my body language can show nonverbal aggression.
Excess behaviour – This would be me showing too much of a behaviour like escalating an issue that isn’t major.
