However, there could be difference with respect to the style and their approach, because most of the time management is contingent and hence can vary from situation to situation. But the management function, processes and activities remain the same.

Management can be considered as a distinct or a separate process. It comprises of those activities which are undertaken deliberately for a reason. It is mainly concerned with the following:
