Some of the most important things that managers should focus on are the negotiation processes which must be headed by a team of professionals. Any conflict arising within the group must be addressed as fast as possible to ensure that it does not affect the overall performance of the organization. Failure to do that, a manager will not achieve a high performing or self-directed team.
The primary role of managers is to coordinate the activities of a team. This begins with proper allocation of duties to each member to ensure there is the equal and fair distribution of responsibilities.
