Self-assessment is quite important as it can help individuals determine what they are weak in and what they are strong in. By determining ones strengths and weaknesses, it is easy to achieve target goals and to make the right approaches that work with everyone in achieving a certain set objective. Personally, I have great interpersonal skills, and II value first impression as I want to please, and would like to work as a social worker.
