Torri has made no progress with her self-esteem goal. Since starting IIH services Torri continues to have very low self-esteem issues. Per Torri, she feels low self-esteem because of her weight and her being shy. Torri stated that she does not consider herself beautiful and see lot of faults within herself. The Human Relations Abilities Assessment Form made me aware of my strengths and weaknesses that I use in human relations. This form gave me a better understanding of myself and made me think of the things that I do that I often don’t think about. The first thing that I discovered was that I have I have good listening skills. The first weakness that I discovered was that I am not conscious of how I express nonverbal messages when I am communicating with others.
