Self Introduction
My name is Alicia Suarez hailing from Argentina, in the heart of South-America. In 2010, I graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires, with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in English Language, with a Specialization in Business English and Translation. I obtained college GPA of 4.

The Language Profession and Business have been my lifelong dream right from childhood. As a Registered Translator, it is my highest priority to become a multilingual Translator one day. My dissertation research experience in college has inspired me to enter in two worlds, business and translation. I am determined in acquiring the proper training needed for these two fields. Because of the testimony I heard about Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, I would like to be accepted for the Business Administration Academic Major, Management Department. My curiosity about this school propelled me to look through its website. It is surprising how many reputable people were once students in this great Institution. Besides, I encountered one of the alumni, who spoke a lot about the talent and experience of the professors at the University. This, in my judgment, makes Hankuk University of Foreign Studies a suitable place to pursue my career.

The experiences and satisfaction from working in different aspects of my life, inspired me to further my education in order to gain the necessary tools to function properly in the field of business. My decision to transfer to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies will help me to achieve my goals, my commitment to myself, and to society.

My objective when I finish this course is to follow next the Translation Training. As I said above, it is my highest priority to become a multilingual translator and stand out in my homeland. Ernest Hemingway once said: “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.” That is, my mind, the way every person should follow. It is how I try

Edgar Allan Poe completely transformed not only poetry, but also the way people look at life and death. Poe did a unique, morbid twist in his poetry that no other poet had done before. It is not hard to see the connection between the nightmare of Poe 's life and his work. His fictional work resembles the dreams of a troubled individual who keeps coming back, night after night, to the same pattern of dream. At times he traces out the pattern lightly, at other times in a "thoughtful" mood, but often the tone is terror. He finds himself descending, into a cellar, a wine vault, or a whirlpool, always falling. The women he meets either change form into someone else or are whisked away completely. And at last he drops off, into a pit or a river or a walled-up tomb.…

As I say in the title, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Chris Hoskins. In fact, my full name is much longer, Christopher Alan Hoskins, but I commonly use only Chris Hoskins. Most people I work with, including students, simply call me Chris. I was born in in the state of California in the USA, but I grew up near Chicago in the state of Illinois. I moved to Illinois because of my father’s job. My father was an airline pilot for United Airlines, and when he first started working for United Airlines that company sent him to Ohare Airport, near Chicago to work out of their main place of operations. When my father moved to Illinois he took me and the rest of our family to live with him there. As I grew up I lived together with my mother, father and two older brothers in a small town outside of Chicago called McHenry. Our house was located next to the Fox River, and my family often enjoyed recreation on the river, including water skiing and ice skating. As I grew up I developed a strong interest in reading and music. My interest in music led me to choose to play the violin as a hobby, and my interest in reading led me to love studying English, which in turn led me to choose teaching English as a career. I am continuing the both my hobby and career today. It is my career that led me to work at Kyoritsu Women’s University, where I now teach classes in English and academic skills. As I continue to work at Kyoritsu, I hope to be successful in helping students develop skills that allow them to achieve their future…
