Introduction
“A successful company is built by their successful working teams.” This is not only happening in certain company but all industry which have a strength working teams. This indicates that the working teams play a very important role in the industry to get the company keeps improving.
Four generations work under one Roof!
It is impossible all the employees in an industry conducted a same generation, same education level, and same working experiences or even have the same cultures. Therefore, these might appear some problems among the employees while during the working operation. This might be a challenge for the employer who has to solve the problems and turn these problems to the working effort. There are approximately four (4) generations working in a company. Generational differences can affect everything at work, including recruiting, motivating, building teams, managing and maintaining, dealing with change, and increasing productivity. The 4 differences generations are listed below:

Baby Boomer
Generation X
Generation Y
Born 1945 and before
Born 1946 - 1964
Born 1965 - 1980
Born 1981 - 2000
According to Greg Hammill (2005) who indicated that, “each generation has different attitudes, behaviours, expectations, habits and motivational buttons.” Most of the problems may occurred in a company is the communication among the employees and between the employee with the employer. However, their opinions may sometimes become a dispute while everyone thinks that their opinion is the best for the decision. And so, communication among the differences generations can eliminate many major confrontations and misunderstandings in the workplace.
