-Sensory processing activity: jumping on the trampoline and crashing on the pillows 10 x 10 sets; Swing on the platform swing while stand picking up cones and passing it to the OT; bilateral exercises( jumping jacks, cross crawls, squats, tree pose, toe touches, x-jumps) x20; catch and throw ball 10x and wheelbarrow activity using shapes to improve self-regulation, body awareness, and work behaviors to facilitate learning and in preparation for table top activities.
-Prewriting exercise: using a marker and a chalkboard while connecting dots to form horizontal lines to improve school readiness.

He asked the OT to use the platform swing instead of the hammock swing which indicated good social skills. He demonstrated good attention span, concentration, and eye-hand coordination when stacking the cones in the OT's hand during the platform swing activity.He exhibited difficulty identifying the shapes with the shape sorter. He displayed poor immediate memory when asked to pick out flower pegs. He exhibited good hand strength when pulling the flower pegs apart. -Behavioral modification techniques: positive reinforcements (verbal praise), therapeutic use of self (active friendliness/firm kindness) and prompting and fading in order to improve compliance, frustration tolerance, attention span/joint attention, concentration, and impulse control.
-caregiver feed tack was provided. A: The child was compliant most of the time and displayed 7-10 minutes attention span without being distracted. He demonstrated good waiting and taking turns and the ability to work with a peer during the obstacle course. He demonstrated good bilateral coordination, sequencing, attention span in the obstacle course. He demonstrated good eye-hand coordination in shooting 14/16 bean bags while maintaining good balance on the balance bar. He exhibited poor to fair problem solving and sequencing the match it puzzle sets and required mod verbal, visual and tactile cues to complete the task.
