Servant Leadership Principle
The servant leadership principle consists of practices that one can become well-informed. The practices consists of enhancing lives, fundamentally sound organizations, and help the community care for one another.

The “Pay it Forward” skit is an example of how being aware of individuals, and their personal needs. The example of showing an individual an organization that will that will help Alexis in showing her a better path in life. It will also give her the opportunity for a second in life. The dress for success organization teaches that it is important to always be aware of the people around you. In doing so there will be unlimited amounts of individual’s lives you could personally change, and many future generations to come.
