Reset. I found the piece by Trisha Brown to be very interesting. When I was watching Set and
Reset I was looking for some of the qualities that are usually seen in a PostModern style dance.

At 1:151:20 two of the dancers were dancing together at the same time with their arms and legs. This syncopation of the performers was lovely to watch because it was such a simple phrase a movement but the synchronization added an element of beauty. The dancers use their bodies in a flowy way that contributes to the loose and free spirited feel of the piece. When the beats are added to the music it shows just how challenging it is to stay on count when dancing to a person's voice. It is another factor that adds to the creativity of the dance. Dance is a form of expression and by allowing the dancers to move freely and to a person’s voice it lets each individual tell the story with their bodies in their own way. This dance is filled with flowing energy from the dancer's body as well as sharp movements that must be executed at just the right time in order to obtain the effect that Trisha Brown was trying to achieve.
Another deliberate choice I believe that Trisha Brown made was the choice of costumes.
I appreciated that the dancers costumes were neutral tones and not too dramatic because it allowed me to focus on the dance rather than what they were wearing. I enjoyed the way
