Seven Organizational Approaches Paper
Body plane, directions, cavities, body systems and medical specialties, anatomy and physiology, microscopic to macroscopic, and quadrants and regions are the seven organizational approaches to studying the human body. They all are used in the human body but are use in different ways. Body planes and body directions is the separation of the body into portion from right and left, top and bottom, and front to back. The frontal plane, midsagittal plane, and the horizontal plane are the portions. This approach is used when analyzing body part and the capacity or particular fields within the body like lungs and brain. The body cavity study body parts in the decayed area and body cavities itself. There are two main cavities; a posterior cavity which is toward the back side of the body and contains the cranial cavity and spinal cavity and a anterior cavity which is toward the front side of the body and is divided into the pectoral cavity and abdominal pelvic cavity. The approach being used is to study a specifically known organ in the human being and in what way disease can influence dissimilar tissues. Anatomy and physiology analyze the makeups within the physique and in what way the capacity works in the tissue. The approach work with analyzing the makeup of the body and how the nervous system work. Also good for explaining to patient how their body part works. Quadrants are another way our bodies are separate into regions for both diagnostic and descriptive purposes. Body regions are used to explain areas of the body that obtain a distinctive capacity or provide by specific blood flow pathway or nerves. When conducting a physical exam within organs, it is a good reference on this approach. Studying of the tiniest piece of the human body is called microscopic and macroscopic approach. The approach for these two is studying cells

You can study the human body by Quadrants and Regions. You have the four quadrants which include the left upper and left lower quadrants and the right upper and right lower quadrants. There are also nine regions which include the right and left hypochondriac regions, the epigastric region, the right and left lumbar regions, the umbilical region, the right and left inguinal or iliac regions,…

Body planes and body directions: when the body is in an anatomical position the body can be studied by dividing it into planes. Body planes are in imaginary line that divides the body into two parts. The coronal and frontal plane, the sagittal and transverse plane are the main body planes. These specific planes divide the body into sections from front to back, right and left and top to bottom. A body direction is movement away from or torts the planes.…

The seven organizational approaches to studying the human body include: body plans and directions, body cavities, quadrants and regions, anatomy and physiology, microscopic-to-macroscopic, body systems, and medical specialty. The body planes and directions approach is the division of the body into sections from front to back, right and left, top and bottom, along with the movement toward or away from the body planes. The Coronal Plane or frontal plane is a vertical plane that divides the body into front and back sections. The front of the body is known as the anterior or ventral section and the back of the body is known as the posterior or dorsal section. The Sagittal Plane is a vertical plane that divides the body into right and left sections. The body directions represent the movement toward or away from the midline. Moving from the side of the body toward the midline is moving in a medial direction. Moving from the midline toward the side of the body is moving in a lateral direction. These types of approaches may be used to take images from a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan. The Transverse Plane is a horizontal plane that divides the body into top and bottom sections. The superior is the upper half of the body and the inferior is the lower half. Moving from the trunk of the body toward the end of a body limb is moving in a distal direction. Moving from the end of a limb toward the trunk of the body is moving in a proximal direction Turley, 2011).…

The human body can be researched, analyzed, and studied in seven ways. Each way offers humans a better understanding of how the body works when in both states of health and disease. The first way to organize the contents of the human body is by body planes and body directions. “A plane is an imaginary flat surface that divides the body into two parts” (Turley, 2011). There are three planes in which to choose from. The first is coronal (frontal) plane. This plane will show a flat picture of the body as if it were cut in half from front to back. The second is the sagittal plane. This will show a flat picture of the body as if it were cut in half from left to right. The third is the transverse plane. This will show the body as if it were cut in the middle into two sections known as the superior and inferior sections. To move towards the head means to move in the cephalad direction and to move towards the tail bone means to move in the caudad direction. There are other terms that describe similar movements. These include: distal (moving down the arm or leg) and proximal (moving up the arm or leg) direction. To move in a medial direction means to move towards the center of the body and to move in a lateral direction means to move away from the center of the body. To move in an anteroposterior direction means moving from the outside of the body from the anterior and to move in an posteroanterior direction means moving from the outside of the body from the posterior side. MRI’s and X-rays use body planes to photograph the inside of the human body by “use[ing] magnetic energy and radio waves to create cross-sectional images or ‘slices’ of the human body” (Imaginis Corp., 1997-2012). This gives health care providers the ability to see inside the body without having to operate.…

For the past 3 years, I have worked for a company called 2020 communications. This company has many different contracts with other companies like Verizon, T-Mobile, and other wireless providers. As a Territorial Manager I do not work for these global wireless companies, we manage the territories and make sure that the actual stores are selling the company’s products and services. 2020 Communications has a simple structure that consists of a single individual that runs the company. Under that individual there are 2 district managers and then there are territorial managers that work directly for the company. I am contracted to work for T-Mobile to manage 9 locations. In the company in which i work for they have a vertical organizational structure. The Thing that separates us from the cooperate locations is that we don’t have to worry about inventory and the stores themselves, we just focus on the sales in the stores and that’s all. We have one centralized headquarters in Dallas Texas, in which the CEO and the Human Resource team is located. As a company we don’t focus too much on the customer concerns and issues, that is the responsibility of the corporate stores. We tend to assist when we can to help the profit margin and the selling process of each location, but it is the job of the location and there management team to manage every other aspect of the company including inventory and the sales associates themselves.…

The body planes and body direction is the division of the body in to sections from front to back, right and left, and top and bottom. These sections are called the midsagittal plane, the coronal plane, and the transverse plane. This approach is used when studying organs and its function or specific areas with in the body like lungs, brain, and joint and tendons. The body cavity is the study of the body cavities and the organs in the cavities. This approach is used when studying certain organs in the body and how a disease affects different organs. The quadrants and regions divides the lower torso into four sections and nine region sections to identify the areas where internal organs are placed. This approach is a good reference to be used when conducting a physical exam of internal organs. The anatomy and physiology is the study of the structures with in the body and how they function in the body. This approach is good to be used when studying the structure and how cell work or the nervous system. Microscopic and macroscopic is the study of the smallest parts of the body and how they come together to make larger parts and more complex structures or systems. This approach is good to use when studying how cells combine to make organ. The Body systems approach is the study of the body’s organs and how they function together in the body. This approach is good to be used when studying the bodies systems such as the circulatory system, the respiratory system and how they function in the body. Medical specialty is the study of the human body for medical uses. This approach is also divided in to many different categories which are the use or study of anatomy, physiology diseases, diagnostic tests, medical and surgical procedures, and drugs. This…

It is a waste of time and energy searching for something when you need it. There are times that nothing seems to be where it belongs and I feel like the house is in such a mess that it will just be easier to go to the store and replace the item that I am searching for. The problem in my life is with organization and clutter.…
