1. Where do you want to be in 5 years? How can you achieve this goal?
In five years, I would like to have a better understanding of nursing practice as an RN at the Medical/ Surgical Unit: succeed as an RN at this unit and become an expert at it, which will take a few years. Also, I enjoy working with people. Therefore, I would like to enhance my expertise by obtaining an MSN degree and perform managerial role (unit charge nurse) in the hospital, where I will be able to utilize my knowledge and skills, and benefit the nurses working for me, patients, and hospital as a whole. I can fulfill my long-term goals by getting my MSN degree, receiving certifications relevant to my position, being a leader, and participate in trainings and meetings.

There are two forms of sexual harassment:
• Quid Pro Quo (‘this for that’): demanding sexual favors for a promotion or raise; disciplining or firing a staff member who ends a romance; changing work standards after a staff member refuses repeated requests for a date.
• Hostile Environment (offensive work environment):
Verbal: sexual jokes or insults, comments about a person’s body or sex life, sexually demeaning comments.
Non-Verbal: making gestures or staring, display of sexually suggestive or degrading materials, giving sexually suggestive “gifts”.
Physical: touching, hugging, kissing or patting, brushing against a person’s body, blocking a person’s movement. (Department of Workforce Development, n.d.).
