Mel looked at him and suddenly an idea came to her mind. "The man, the one I heard in the forest the other day," Mel explained, "He sounds exactly like Keith." "How can you be sure?" Dus said quietly, "Are you sure its him?" "Positive, I can't forget his voice," she replied

You won't be able to though. All you’ve done with your magic is do chores," Keith taunted. Dus still did not move from his spot. Keith, tired of his ignorance, shot a magical electric ball towards where Dus stood still. Right when the ball was about to hit Dus, a barrier that covered his whole body protected him from the impact of the ball. "I will not let you get past me that easily," Dus said as he released an energy ball, stronger than Keith's, towards his opponent. You'll be fine, I'll get you to a doctor." "Mel, I'm not going to make it," Dus coughed. Mel, with tears sliding down her cheeks, shook her head. "Mel, listen to me. You will be fine without me. Just stop Keith," Dus said his final words before he fell into a deep sleep. Mel fell to her knees next to Dus and sobbed. "Dus, don't leave me. I can't survive without you," Mel cried. Behind her Keith barely managed to get onto his feet and spoke. "He's gone, face it. If I can't make a full wizard society, I'm going to make sure no one from this town lives," Keith said with triumph. He used the remaining energy and magic to create a huge explosion. "NO!" Mel yelled. She let out a yellow aura that prevented Keith's magic to destroy her and the small town. The yellow magical aura drained all of Mel's energy and she fainted from exhaustion.
