Orlando’s premium outlets are great places to spend the day shopping. With many brands to choose from and each giving large discounts, you may have a dilemma choosing between the two of the popular premium outlets, namely Vineland Premium Outlets and International Drive Premium Outlets. Both outlets are similar in layout but vary in size, brands and parking spaces. Here are the differences, and similarities and some tips on shopping at the outlet.

However, they differ in the number of parking lots differ in the two competing premium outlets. Vineland has both indoor and outdoor parking spaces; its numbers almost double of that of International Drive, which that only has outdoor parking. Thus, getting at parking lot at Vineland during peak shopping hours is less of a hassle with waiting times of about twenty minutes whereas at International Drive, you might have tocould wait for forty minutes.

Both outlets’ outdoor parking space is right next to the , surrounding the area of shops; m. Making the shops easily accessible to and from your car, about a five-minute walk from the furthest lot. Vineland’s indoor multi-storey carpark is slightly further away, still located in the same compound but further out at the edge of the outdoor parking lots. The multi-storey carpark is linked via an overhead bridge to the shops. There is an elevator in the multi-storey carpark as well. Walking to and from the indoor carpark to the shops takes slightly less than 10

Arrive early to save time waiting

Long lines at the food court on a busy day.

Tourists and locals alike frequent the outlets. Shoppers tend to come in between early afternoon to late afternoon and the place gets packed. There will be long lines at the food court and the biggest struggle would be getting a parking lot. This can be felt at both outlets but more so at International Drive because it has half the number of parking spaces. On a busy day, you will see cars on parked on pavements, grass patches, randomly on the roads. Fortunately, this can be avoided if you come slightly earlier in the day, beating the crowd.
