Newquay Research Paper
Newquay is to many people what Marmite is to the food industry, inasmuch as you either love it or you hate it. I love it as I have at some point or another during the course of my life fallen in to two of the categories that are within my review title, the first being that I enjoy surfing and the second being that of course not so long ago I was an even littler person than what I am now.

Perhaps being most well known for its many surfing beaches and its attraction by those who enjoy its somewhat dubious night life, it is to be found on the northern shores of Cornwall with its many beaches having their golden sands beaten by the delights of the Atlantic Ocean.
Having been a firm favourite for long stay holiday makers or for day visitors from

Therefore it is easily accessible from all parts of the country by road, as this not only proves easy access for those coming by car but also by those who are travelling by coach or by bus.

There is a bus and coach station that is to be found right in the heart of the town with not only local bus services from across Cornwall and in to Devon heading for here, but also there are various national coach operators who run services in to the area.
Also in the middle of the town is a railway station with services running from the mainline at Par, which is situated on the mainline from London and the rest of the country. Some services run directly through Par from Plymouth to Newquay, whereas there are some others whereby you would have to change at Par for Newquay but this is easily found out when you are booking your train journey.

And if you have your own car, then there are also many car parking facilities for you to make use of too.

Staying in the area
With Newquay being a popular place for people to visit for a whole host of varying reasons that range from family holidays and weekend breaks; through hen and stag parties; to package holidays, there are of course many places that will cater for all needs. These range from the usual bulk standard family holiday villages (caravan parks!); through small bed and breakfast or guesthouse equivalents and budget hotel chains such as Travelodge or Premier Inn, to the more upmarket country house hotels or similar - and so whatever your budget or desire, no doubt you will find something to suit your own needs.

Sightseeing in the area
With it being the sort of place that it is, there are so many different things in and around Newquay for all the family to do or to take part in. These range from the very relaxing (sitting on the beach or on one of the headlands and admiring what is going on about you!), through to the more exhilarating things to do such as surfing and other

The first few steps after the boardwalk may feel rather rocky due to scattered sediments and tiny pebbles sticking on to the soles of your feet, but by halfway to the ocean, it starts getting smooth and cooler with every step you take. If laying around and catching some ray is not your type of fun, there are beach volleyball courts set up, kites to be flown here and safe swimming with lifeguards on the look out. Gazing at the sandy shore, you can see the roaring waves rushing in, toppling forts and castles made out of silken sands that shimmers under the blazing sun like tiny luminous stars in the night sky. Take advantage of this peaceful, quiet moment by standing on the shoreline and wait for the rolling ocean water slide by the ankles of your leg. As the waves try to pull back in, you will feel a sinking sensation on the heels of your foot due to the pressure of your weight and the surrounding sand. Lastly, there is an area for youths with a big, plastic palm tree set up in the middle and tiny sprinklers around it, spraying cold, chilling drops that can be felt even to the people strolling on the boardwalk. The beach is always crowded with families and couples to enjoy on their days off and especially on Friday nights, gorgeous firework shoot off can be seen starting at 9:30p.m. (Only during the summer…
