Plus, a suitable lighting for the sports centre has to be renovated so that it can create a sporty vibe to the shop. If these recommendations are taken into consideration, then it will catch a lot of attention from customers who are into sports and fitness. However, it will be costly as there are many aspects of the renovations have to be done. If none of the suggested renovations are done, then the shop will be less interesting as it will look dull and less interesting.
6.3 FEASIBILITY SURVEY
Business 1: If a feasibility survey is conducted, then the future possibilities of the business can be predicted. The client can also get the idea of the shopping centre in Bukit Beruang. On the contrary, if no survey is conducted then this would be a problem in the long-term because we predict whether the business can survive in the foreseeable future or not.
Business 2: A feasibility survey should be done so that a clearer view of the shopping centre and the viability of the business can be analysed by Mr George Smith before proceeding to the development of the business.
