Doctors in that time could not treat the illness. It was very chaotic many people,were desperate to save themselves, even abandoned their sick and dying family members. Europe used mass graves to bury all the corpses. People from all around Europe pray for God for mercy. It was helpless as more people die from the most lethal plague in history.
