In the short story “Everything Stuck to Him” by Raymond Carver,why did he tell the story. A boy and a girl were sitting down, and the girl wanted to hear a story when she was younger. The boy tells her a story that was mainly about her mom and dad, but with her still in the story. The boy told this story to show how hard it is to make decisions, and shows how family is a lot in life that love each other.
