“Should schools have a shorter school day?” Imagine going to school at 8 AM and coming home at 2 PM, that would be the life. People have their opinions about school being too long or too short. In my opinion I enjoy school, but there's only so much before I crack. I feel if we lower the time at school, kids can go home get their homework and studying done and still have time to do other things during the day. First, Student works longer than adults do. Students have 7 plus hours of school and come home to more work. When having a shorter school day we can get homework done quicker. School can also hurt over-working students brains by burning them out. Everyone can get the same amount of learning done and will get more homework assigned

    Changing the five day school week has been argued for and against due the controversy as to whether or not it would actually be beneficial to students and teachers. When approaching the idea, many people would like to believe that five day school weeks are the most efficient and productive way to educate our youth. What is often overlooked, however, is that it is causing students to dread school more than they already do, and lessen their willingness to be in or attentive at school.
