I think only dogs and small horses should be allowed in public places. Because Other animals could carry a disease and pass it on to another human. One reason why only dogs and small horses is they could pass diseases from person to person. For example the article New Service Animal Rules quotes “they might pass illnesses to humans. In addition, some animals are not trained to keep an area clean. For example, birds could leave droppings on a store floor. This creates an unhealthy setting for others.” If an animal leaves droppings on the floor they could be carrying a deadly disease. Dogs and small horses can be potty trained and decreases the chance of a deadly disease of spreading.
