Respected lecturer, dear colleagues. Good afternoon. Today I would like to talk to you about something which is very debatable. Should mothers work or stay at home. Well, I am pretty sure that people will have different opinions regarding this matter.
I disagree to a large extent with the statement that mothers should work instead of staying at home. Because, mothers will absolutely cannot able to tackle the whole responsibilities both at home and at the workplace. As the mother is the best teacher and she can be a positive role model to their children. The presence of the mother in the first years of life is definitely fundamental. Women are supposed to take care and nurture children, teach those good habits, nice values and make ensure the proper development of the child, while his father works and brings resources (food & money).
Men are supposed to work labor and be the bread winners. They have to earn for their family. Love and care for their wife and his children. Many husbands help their working spouse in household work. So when the children observe their father helping their mother in doing house works thus they also learn to help their parents. In this way, they can learn self-awareness and discipline from early age. In addition, the children become co-operative from childhood. Bonding with a mother is crucial to many children's lives in the first two years. They can share their child's developmental accomplishments, along with the security of knowing they're in charge of their child's care. And if you ask them whether it's easy, you're likely to get a response straight out of a Peace Corps recruitment ad: "It's the toughest job you'll ever love."
