If students are just behind on their computer, cellphones, or tablets, they will not be able to live that healthy lifestyle, because they are not moving or participating on any movement. If we remove or decrease PE, we are losing a chance to help the children or students that are obese. I wouldn’t want to say that the students must be force to go outside and participate, but it will make a difference in the student’s life because “health experts recommend 30 minutes of daily physical education for elementary school students, and 45 minutes for those in junior high and high school” (USA Today, 2009).
